A new workbook for artists and creatives inspired by my signature group coaching program and designed to help you:

  • Think about your practice and work holistically and explore areas where you would like to become more intentional.

  • Identify your needs and clarify your priorities as an artist or creative.

  • Determine actions and behaviours that best serve your needs and priorities.

  • Build tools and strategies to help you practice being more intentional in how you work day-to-day and throughout the year.

The workbook is set out in five parts. I invite you to write directly on these pages and use extra paper if you need. Or feel free to create your own version in a journal or sketchbook using these exercises as guidelines.

Part 1 - Survey Your Creative Practice - Assess where you are already being intentional and where you would like to become more thoughtful and deliberate.

Part 2 - Set Your Foundation - Articulate your core priorities before you take actions.

Part 3 - Customize Your Approach - Create a customized tool to inspire and guide you as you build your capacity to be intentional.

Part 4 - Build Your Framework - Select actions and behaviours you can take to proactively start working more intentionally as a creative professional.

Part 5 - Evaluate and Evolve - Design a reflective practice strategy to continue growing your capacity to be focused, decisive and intentional moving forward.

At the end, you will find a toolkit of additional resources and templates to explore and use as you continue to practice and build your capacity to be intentional in your work and life as a creative professional.
